- Payment accepted only in form of Cash or EFT(Online Bank Transfer)
- 50% advance required to reserve the party
- Remaining balance due upon arrival before starting the entertainment
- Full payment required to register for a class or event
- Two weeks notice required for a full refund
- Money will not be refunded in case of NO SHOW
- Full payment will be refunded if we cancel the party/class/event
- Make-up classes can be requested in case of sickness
- Party/Class/Event will start & end promptly on time indicated on the agreement
- No food or drinks should be served during any activity or games
- Customers will be responsible for any damages caused to GalaKidz products
- All children play at their own risk. GalaKidz will not be responsible for any injuries
