• GalaKidz party dates fill up fast! To secure your party kindly give us at least 3-weeks notice. A party reserved with less than a week's notice is subject to an additional service charge based on the requirements.
• GalaKidz parties are brought to your home or any other party location of your choice.
• Extra charges may apply depending on the distance of travel.
• GalaKidz party packages are priced for 20 children, including the birthday child. If you are expecting less than 20 children you may choose our custom package and the price will be quoted as per your requirements.
• Final guest count must be confirmed at least 2 days prior to the date of your party. The party total will be based on this count regardless of absent guests. Should the number of guests exceed this final count we will make an adjustment to the final payment upon arrival at your event.
• A deposit of 50% of the total is required to book your party. Remaining balance is due one day before the party.
• Payment can be made in form of cash, money order or demand draft. If you choose to transfer the funds online, the amount must appear in our account at least a day before the party is scheduled.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit minus Rs. 1000 or 25% of the amount (whichever greater) up to 15 days before your reserved party date. If cancelled within 14 days of the event, NO refunds can be given, but we will happily work with you to choose an alternate date for your party.
• Upon inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies, or illness of your party hostess, we will work with you to reschedule your party for the next available convenient date for you and your guests.
• Once you reserve the party with us please indicate the time when you want the games and activities to start. Typically we suggest you keep a buffer of one hour from the time indicated on the invitation. Our hostess will arrive there 10 minutes before the time indicated to us and will start the activities within another 10 minutes.
• No food or drinks should be served during the games and activities that will last for one hour.
