How do I reserve a Party?
Once you are sure that you would like to hire us for your entertainment please fill out this Party Form. An email will be posted within 36 hours to notify you about the availabiity. A deposit of 50% is required to book your party. Remaining balance must be paid one day before the scheduled party.

How early should one reserve the party?
Its First-Come-First-Serve basis so the earlier the better. Typically we require 3 weeks of notice to make your party a raging success. Last minute reservations are accepted but are subject to availability. An additional service charge may apply to parties booked within 48 hours.

Where can I have the party?
Wherever you choose! Parties can take place at your home, club house, restaurant or any other location of your choice. You pick the place and we will come to you.

Will GalaKidz cater food?
GalaKidz does not take any catering orders. The host is responsible for arranging the food and cake.

What is included in the party?
It depends on the package you choose. Typically a party may include:

• Personalized Party Invitations for 20 children
• A trained and enthusiatic GalaKidz host
• All materials required for playing games and activities
• Props: Bubbles, parachute, hoops, ropes and more

Do we need to arrange for anything else?
Depending on the area of entertainment and the number of guests attending the party, you may have to arrange for high-volume speakers and a cordless mic. Requirements may vary if you have requested for any add-ons. Such details may be discussed at the time of reserving the party.

What happens after I have booked the party?
Once we receive 50% of the amount in advance, we will post a confirmation email detailing all the information that has been discussed during our initial consultation. An electronic receipt of your order will be emailed along with your invitation. Two days prior to the party, we will call you to re-confirm all the details of the event. Final payment is due one day before the party. Finally, a couple of days after the party, we will contact you to see how it went.

What if I have to cancel the party?
Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel your party for any reason, we will retain minimum Rs. 1000 or 25% (whichever greater) of the total fees paid as cancellation fee. We will work with you to re-schedule your party to an alternative date. However, no refund available for Party-in-a-Box package.

Tips for a Perfect Party:

• We recommend that games & activities must start at least one hour after the time mentioned in the invitation
• While playing games its good to minimize distractions such as serving snacks, drinks etc.
• If you can, limit the number of children to 20 for any party. We cater for number over this but we find that these are the numbers which work best for a perfect party
